What I did in the weekend...

 Today for writing I had to write about what i did in the weekend. I had to use similies and the challenge was that we have to write at least 95 and the most words you can write is 105. Here is my writing.

This weekend, I was busy. I had a test on my language on Sunday so on Saturday I had to practice a lot. The whole day from 7:00 am to 10:00 I was doing practicing for the test.  I was tired as a slug. On Sunday, I woke up early and I was ready to do my test. I did my test. I was really confident and I think I have done well in the test. My mum is happy it is over and she gave me some free time. But now I have another test…

Weaving with Paper

 Last Friday, me and my class were doing science. For science we we were learning how to harvest Harekeke. We watched a video about it. Then we watched a video of how to show kaitiakitanga to our environment. Then we did weaving using strips of paper instead of Harekeke leaves. I used a video to weave. I made a turtle using purple and red paper. First I wove a square. I cut out the circle and glued it on the square I had wove. Then I cut the circle out and glued it on a turtle shape.

Bored.

 Hello again. I am bored..... and I am pretty sure you are too. So boring in lockdown it has been more than 4 weeks!  Do you want be positive? Yeah me too . But it is really hard. A Goldilocks Story

The week before lockdown our class had to remake a  play or a narrative about the Goldilocks story. We could do it in groups or by ourselves. I did it in a group. In my group I had Charmy, Kristin, and Reuben. We worked together to make an awesome play! I set up the sound effects, me and Charmy worked on writing the play while Kristin helped a little and Reuben helped saying it. Here it is!
