Song Maker Guzheng

 Today I made a song in Song Maker that sounds like the traditional instrument of China, The Guzheng. Here is my creation below. I hope you will like it and please give me feedback in the comments. We also listened to someone playing a Guzheng. Here is the link  to the video of the Guzheng.

Maths Problem

I was thinking of what to post on my blog so I thought of a maths problem. This is my maths problem:

Do 32 divided by 4 + 2 - 5. Times your number by 21. Your number + 150.

Now I came up with another idea of doing and emoji maths problem. Figure out the emoji problem below.

Keyboard Lessons

I have been doing Keyboard Lessons for a few weeks now. I have a keyboard and it is fun learning new music. I just started so I don't really know a lot of stuff on it but I always practice. I know how to play Twinkle Twinkle on it. I'll try to learn more songs.

My Tent!

 Yesterday I made a tent using stuff in my house. I used a chair, a few pillows, a blanket, and a and put the blanket in the drawers. It was fun in there because I love having a secret place were you can sit and noone knows what you are doing. My sister didn't help me do anything, instead she was watching a funny video while I was doing all the work (I know that because she had her headphones on and was looking in the phone and laughing and I could here some noise coming from there and she always does that), but she is still in the photo. It is kind of fun with your sibling..........but not all the time.

Mandarin Juice

 It is weird for me since it is mandarin juice instead of orange juice but in lockdown we actually made it. So why did my family make it? It was because we have a mandarin tree. In lockdown there were so many mandarins on it and we had no idea what to do with them. The second reason was that we wanted to have some orange juice but we couldn't go out shopping in lockdown because it was dangerous. The third reason was because we wanted to experiment it and see how it would taste like. Me and my sister were the taste testers. We had a little sip and it tasted a bit sour. We liked it because most of my family likes sour things. We made it three times but it wasn't really sour because our mandarins were a bit sweeter than last time. We didn't add sugar or anything else. It was just natural.Have you done any cooking during lockdown? If you have, did you like it? Tell me in the comments.

Oat Coookies

 Last week I made oat cookies. They were really yum. My whole family helped making them. I also made a Cinquain poem and an Acrostic poem about Oat Cookies. Here are the poems.

Nature Walk

 

On Friday our teacher gave us a task to do a nature walk. We had to walk around in our backyard/garden and try to find the letters of our name. Feeding the Pigeons

Today I was feeding the pigeons. Me and my sister put rice in our hands and sat on the ground while not moving a bit. It was quite hard since we couldn't move. We could talk though with each other because the pigeons didn't care but if we moved they flew away. They were eating from our hands! It was exciting. I could feel their soft beak poking on my hands. Sadly, there were only two pigeons over there. Only one pigeon was eating from our hands (the other one was too busy picking food from the ground). It was funny when the pigeon was staring at you and making grumbling sounds to see if you were moving.

Cake!

 

Yesterday me and my family worked together to make a cake. We experimented it since we hadn't made one like this before. First we gathered the ingredients. Ingredients: 8 tablespoon self-raising flour, 6 tablespoon  Vegetable Oil, 1 Egg (we used condensed milk instead), 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder (you can add more according to how much chocolaty you want to make it), Milk 6 tablespoons (but you can add more if necessary), 4 tablespoon Sugar, 1 tablespoon Chocolate Chips (optional), 2 tablespoon Vanilla Essence, Bowl and a Plate. These are the steps. First add 8 tablespoons of self-raising flour. Then, add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Next add 4 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder and mix it altogether. Then add the egg or whatever you are using. Next put in 6 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil, and mix carefully. Next add 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional). Then add the vanilla essence. Stir it carefully. Then get your plate and put it under the bowl and put both of them into the microwave to rise for 3 to 4 mins. You might be wondering why we have the plate. Well it is because it might explode out of the bowl and to make sure your microwave doesn't get all dirty. When it out of the microwave wait for it to cool and then carefully take it out of the bowl. Don't forget to share and enjoy!
